Hunter Safety
Since the mid 1960's, LCCL has certified thousands of students for their hunter safety orange
card. Any person hunting in Michigan born after January 1, 1960 must posses a Hunter Safety
certificate. Michigan DNR Hunter Safety classes are offered four times each year. Twice
between March and April, and twice between September and October. A dedicated group of
twelve instructors provide an excellent format in personal instruction.
